How does the Trial Period work and am I being paid?

At Planted, we understand you never really know what working at a company’s going to be like until you’re, well, on the job. If you wouldn’t marry someone after a couple dates, why would you choose what your next job’s going to be after two 3 hour interviews?

We’re trying to change things a bit, which is why we offer a structured (and paid!) trial lasting 3 months, so that you have the opportunity to make sure you’re happy long-term before committing to anything permanent.

Many of the companies we work with also offer Direct Hire opportunities as well.
