I forwarded a job to my email on Planted, but never received it!

If you've opted into our Out of Network jobs but never received an email with instructions to apply, this may be because you've reported one of our emails (coming from hello@planted.com) as spam in the past, or unsubscribed from our system emails. When this happens, our automated email sender, automatically prevents any email from being sent to you, including the really important stuff: shortlist questions and interview requests

The good news: if you tell us, we can fix it!

If you notice this happening, let us know right away! Email support@planted.com and tell us that you need to be re-subscribed to our emails. We'll let you know once you're back up and running.
