How can I manage my emails and notifications?

You can manage your emails and notifications by going to your settings and clicking the edit button on the top right. From here, you can control the types of notifications you'll receive from Planted.

Job Batch Frequency: You can select how often you'd like to receive job batches. If you're actively searching, we recommend the Daily setting so that you always have the best chance at new relevant positions!

Job Batch Emails: You'll receive these emails each time there's a new batch of jobs for you to review.

Job Batch Mobile Alerts: You'll receive a text message and/or push notification (if you have the app) each time there's a new batch of jobs for you to review.

Job Activity Emails: We strongly recommend that candidates keep these enabled due to their importance. This category of emails includes:

  • Interview requests from Partner companies
  • Notifications when you're sent to a Partner company
  • Shortlist notifications and link to complete your application
  • Instructions to apply to Out of Network jobs you're interested in
  • Confirmation emails for Partner jobs you've applied to
  • Password reset emails

Job Activity Mobile Alerts: You'll receive a text message and/or push notification each time you've been shortlisted or sent to a company.

Planted Newsletter: You'll receive a weekly newsletter jam-packed with helpful tips and content for your job search.
