Planted looks at applications on a role-by-role basis. For this reason, review times can be all over the place depending on the company--anywhere from same-day (for the most urgently hiring roles) to up to 1-2 weeks.
Every company has different hiring situations and processes, so we consider factors like how quickly they move candidates through the process, how many interview stages there are, and how many promising candidates they're already talking to. This determines how often each company wants to see new candidates, which in turn determines how quickly your application will be reviewed.
We totally understand that job hunting is time-sensitive, and it can be tough waiting to hear back about your dream job! While we'd love to get you in front of these companies as quickly as possible, we want to make sure that the candidates we do send over get a fair look by the hiring manager (and the best shot at landing the job!)
