Don't worry, we know it can be hard job seeking while you're still at a full-time job. Planted wants to make this easier by 1) doing the heavy search work for you, and 2) protecting your privacy.
Your profile is private and only visible by the Planted team and the companies you're sent to. We'll only send your application to companies that you've double opted-in for--first by applying to the position when it comes into your job batch, then by answering the Q&A from the company if you get shortlisted (and all without writing a cover letter!).
All of this happens before we send you to the hiring company, so don't worry about your current employer finding out. Your secret is safe with us!
