How to Find Your JazzHR API Key

To find your JazzHR API Key:

1. Head over to the Integrations page in your JazzHR account.
• Click this link to get there: https://app.jazz.co/app/settings/integrations
• If that doesn’t work,
  • Click the Settings tab in your top menu
  • Click the Integrations tab in the Settings menu
2. You should see your JazzHR API Key in the first section of the Integrations page!

To authenticate your JazzHR/Planted Integration:

1. Copy the API Key from your JazzHR account.
2. Head back to the ATS Integrations page on Planted and paste the API Key in the appropriate field.
3. Click Connect and we’ll check your authentication credentials.
4. After JazzHR is successfully connected with Planted, you’ll need to connect your existing Planted jobs to their corresponding JazzHR jobs to sync candidate data and statuses.
